The Canadian Technology House
Artomai comes from inside the systems that keep small and large orgs running. Compliance, Approval, Accounting, Document Management, Underwriting, Case-Management, CRMs. You name it and we've spent the time building it throughout our careers. At enterprise scale, by hand, with teams of excellence.
A year of building AI-native software changed how we see the software we spent the last decade building... Our experience, diverse skill set, and hunger to consume and adapt to the newest tech taught us that every industry is standing on ancient pillars.
So we built a technology house with one goal: Build with experts and leaders. The vision for the future of doing business lies with them. Building those partnerships, and helping realize the vision for those firms, has driven us to create more production-adopted software than we delivered in a cumulative 20 years of work in industry.
And we are only just getting started.
The founders
Andrew Cohen and Huzaifah Din
Senior engineers who built systems for regulated work at enterprise scale, where the standard is set by the work and not by a roadmap. They started Artomai to hold that standard on smaller software. The team is in Ontario.
The long goal
Canadian firms run on software built somewhere else. We want the next decade to go the other way: software and standards developed here, used here first, then exported.
Countet is chapter one: CRA payroll, HST, and data residency built in from the first commit, running at Canadian firms first. The same pattern travels to any market with rules of its own.
